Beige Dystopian Future

Character Level

This project is for Kill Team which at one point was almost exclusively focused around boarding actions, thus lots of walls and tight corridors. This project used a lot of references focusing around industrial buildings, the beige Singer era of appliances and naval wrecks.

Client instructions

Client asked for terrain that had matched the bases for their kill teams that I had been making. All of the kill teams I had done were character level and they were quite happy for it to match that. So, we did up a brief for them as it was EVERY SINGLE terrain piece for boarding actions Kill Teams, they accepted and we went for it this is the result.

The Story & Process

This was an extremely tedious project due to the design of the terrain pieces themselves, and since we were doing them up to character level, there were additional steps involved. In our video, we cover our approach, some tips and how things could be improved.
