Bushido Two Player Starter Set

This Bushido Two-Player Starter Set by GCT Studios was painted to character level, with a focus on rich robes, magical effects, natural basing, expressive faces, and making each model feel like a distinct hero on the table. Because Bushido is built around individual characters, movement, Ki, and dramatic skirmish moments, we wanted the set to feel colourful, readable, and full of personality.
Client instructions
The client wanted the whole starter set painted as a complete collection, but not as a flat, uniform group. Each model needed its own character, colour identity, and visual role while still feeling like part of the same world. We pushed the robes, magical effects, skin tones, weapons, and bases so the models would stand out individually, but still look cohesive when placed together.
